If you want to make changes and customise, our in-house designers can do just that - it’s up to you. After all, it's yours. And don’t worry, we will guide you according to any council guidelines for the maximum size allowed.

Quality Control

We only build homes we would live in ourselves. This means each of our granny flats are well designed, durable, and immaculately finished. Sound good? We think so too.

Money Wise

We have buildings to cater for any budget, far cheaper than conventional construction and way quicker too. We have our in-house finance broker who can assist to make it happen for you, if needed.

Timing

When we agree on the time frame to have your new home ready to live in, we mean it. On time and on budget so a week or two before, you could advertise for new tenants and be confident that they can move in on schedule.

For Family and Enjoying Your Golden Years

You can also be close to your loved ones in your own Granny Flat, if this is your desire, and still maintain your independence. When the grandkids are getting too noisy, send them back through the gate and have a nice cup of tea in peace.

Your Choice of Living

No planning requirements (except building license, which we take care of 1) makes this a great investment, whether it's a downsizer for you and you rent out the other home, or a rental for new tenants as returns are great and should cover the repayments quite easily. With so few rental properties available lately, these homes can be very lucrative, and should you sell your original property with a new home at the rear, there is no capital gains tax payable 2.
